Russell Arts Council Membership
The Russell Arts Council is funded in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. Kansas funding is given when funds are available.
However, the major portion of its funding comes from donations made by individuals and local businesses. By becoming a RAC member, you are helping to foster, promote, encourage and increase the knowledge, appreciation and practice of the arts in Russell and the surrounding area!
